Our panel will consist of 4 CPIA members (some of them on the committee) who have all recently bought property and are doing deals in the current market. We will be asking the panel questions about their investment strategies, their recent deals, how they do the figures, what they look out for, their advice for those thinking of buying now plus much more. There will be opportunities to ask questions from the floor so please come along ready to ask them your questions.


Our panel will consist of a Buy & Hold Property Investor, a Trader/ Developer, and a Commercial Investor who will answer a series of questions. Further details to follow soon.....

CGW Consulting Engineers will give an engineers’ view presentation on the Earthquake Prone Buildings Amendment Bill that is going through Parliament.
