The presentation will be run by Damien McGill and members of his team at CGW Consulting Engineers. Damien,is Engineering Manager at CGW, and also a CPIA member with a residential property portfolio and an interest in commercial, industrial and residential property development.  Like a lot of engineers in Christchurch, CGW has carried out many inspections and structural assessments of commercial and industrial buildings following the Canterbury Earthquake Sequence.
