With the changing environment and requirements that the main banks in New Zealand are operating under when it comes to residential investment lending, there are other options out there to be considered.
Karyn from Tony Mounce will be overseeing the forum and we will hear from three non-bank lenders - Lauren from Pepper Money, Sam from FMT and Ben from Resimac will all educate us on what they have on offer for residential investment lending.
