If there's one forum to attend this year, this is it!

In case you haven't heard of Tony Alexander...here's the lowdown:

Tony was employed as Chief Economist with the BNZ for 25 years and left at the end of 2019 to become an independent economist. His focus is on explaining what is happening in the economy in layman’s terms, providing people with information they can use for planning business growth and understanding factors affecting the housing market. 


Tony will be talking to us about:

  • Reasons why house prices boomed from June 2020.
  • The impact so far of new Reserve Bank and government housing restrictions.
  • Likely housing market developments over the short to long-terms with reference to Canterbury's unique position.

Before the big event starts at 7.40pm, you are most welcome to attend the CPIA Annual General Meeting (AGM) which starts at 7.00pm.
