Join us as Kelvin Davidson, Senior Property Economist at CoreLogic shares the latest trends in the economy, along with the New Zealand and local property market.
He will cover the key developments in the macroeconomy, as it relates to property – including unemployment, interest rates, and migration. He also looks in detail at the latest property trends, both nationally and locally (down to suburb level) – including listings, sales, property values, buyer groups.
Kelvin spent 15 years working largely in private sector economic consultancies in both New Zealand and the UK. Because of this he is well practiced in applying macroeconomic trends and data to the property market, both residential and commercial. Kelvin joined CoreLogic in March 2018 as Senior Research Analyst. He keeps up to date with what’s going on in the property market and continually finds different ways for viewing and interpreting it.
