Claudia Kaltenstadler is an Environmental Consultant who is involved in building energy efficient homes, property transactions, renovations, project management, and minor dwellings. Since the rules around second dwellings in Christchurch have changed and mostly in the favour of property investors, she would like to share the knowledge about how you potentially increase your Return on Investment (ROI) on your exciting properties, as well as, providing a solution to rental affordability and shortage of supply.
