Topic: Intensification of residential property in Christchurch.
Speakers from the Christchurch office of Context architects, Alisdair Daines, Tim Holmes and Heather Blewett will speak on how you can increase your return on investment through the influence of good design in small scale residential developments.
Context have been architects on the TV show The Block since it began in 2012, with each show taking a single property and carrying out a small scale subdivision. They are also architects on the largest residential apartment scheme currently in NZ. The presentation will look at what using an architect can bring to a project, what Context architects do specifically and explain the process and timescales involved in a small scale residential development.
