Mike is a trained carpenter and successful businessman who started his career immediately after leaving school. Initially training and working as a carpenter, and he quickly saw opportunities to make money by subdividing backyards and using the profits to keep investing in this type of small scale residential development.
Mike led the development and popularity of house and land packages in the market, and this demand led him to establish Mike Greer Homes in 2006. Mike quickly developed a solid reputation as a builder whose quality workmanship and ‘can do’ attitude was particularly sought after by architects and private clients.
This reputation for quality and efficiency, coupled with Mike’s drive for success, enabled him to quickly grow his team to a point where he himself could eventually focus on land selection and development. Mike’s ability to read the market and motivate his team has facilitated aggressive growth over the last ten years.
