YKIP meets every last Wednesday night of each month at 7-9pm at the CPIA office, 22 Buchan Street.
The aim of the group is to encourage young investors to network, inspire each other and exchange their stories or experiences in property. Each month there is a keynote speaker for a particular topic relevant to property investment/ management, accompanied by loan market updates and recent purchases from the group.
This is a great opportunity for like-minded young individuals to be connected and educated about safe and responsible property investment or management. We also foster good relations and co-operation amongst other CPIA members and Young Kiwi's In Property members around New Zealand.
Format of the evening:
7.00-7.15pm: mix &mingle, drinks& nibbles provided by CPIA
7.15-7.20pm: loan market update.
7.20-7.50pm: Guest Speaker: John Blanchard local super investor and business owner
7.50-8.00pm: Q&As
8.00-8.15pm: Latest purchases from the group.
8.15-9.00pm: mix &mingle, drinks& nibbles provided by CPIA
Light refreshments are kindly provided. The event is free for CPIA members and $15 for non-CPIA members.
Non-members joining CPIA on the night, will receive a $25 discount and many other benefits from their CPIA subscription.
