If you're just starting out on the property ladder or already have a significant property investment portfolio the Canterbury Property Investors' Association is a great way to learn more about the industry, keep up to date with the latest initiatives and meet other investors. We offer our members loads of benefits including regular events such as forums, workshops and clubs, discounts from local suppliers, mentoring, a great magazine and the opportunity to meet like minded people with an interest in property. We keep up to date with local, regional and national government initiatives and encourage our members to have their say on policy that effects them and through our link to the NZPIF we form a large lobbying group that works to enable change in key areas that matter to property investors.
